Self AssessmentWe are required by Ofsted to produce an annual self assessment report. The report highlights our strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. The report draws on information gained from our quality assurance process and it is published annually in January. We are subject to inspection by Ofsted and this inspection focusses on how accurate our self assessment report is. We deliver Workstep as part of a consortium with Wigan MBC, Oldham MBC and Pure Innovations Ltd. Our individual self assessment report feeds into an annual consortium self assessment report and we collaborate as a consortium to exchange best practice and continually improve the quality of our services. Quality AssuranceWe have a comprehensive quality assurance process that provides information from a variety of sources for monthly analysis. We have a continual improvement plan that is revised monthly and reviewed annually in our self assessment report. The information is drawn from:
2007 Self assessment reportWe are starting to compile our report for 2007. We are currently surveying our clients and employers using a questionnaire and will be holding a focus group meeting on the evening of 10 October.
