Sometimes we don't get things as right as we should. You can use the Complaints system or feedback form to let us know so that we can improve our services in the future.

Some people who use our services have volunteered to help us by attending occassional Focus Groups. These meetings allow for discussion about how we provide services and what sort of support our clients want. If you would like to become involved in a focus group please let us know.
