Focus GroupsOver recent years, our focus groups have provided a lot of feedback about what it's like to use our services. We use this information to improve our services so please let us know if you'd like to take part. Members of the focus groups have met with employers to discuss recruitment and also with Jobcentre Plus staff to give feedback on using their services.
