About Bury ESTBury EST is a supported employment agency run by Bury MBC. We provide a recruitment service for Bury residents who have a disability. We offer advice, support and practical assistance to help people with an economic disadvantage to find and keep paid work. We are now providing a supported employment service to people from minority ethnic communities through the Routeways to Work project. We also provide support to local and regional employers who want to diversify their workforce and offer equal opportunity. Please see the Services section of this website for further details. We have also supported hundreds of work experience placements so that our customers can learn more about the world of work and develop their vocational skills.
