Bury EST is a supported employment agency run by Bury MBC. We aim
to work in partnership with employers, individuals and organisations to create
a socially inclusive and diverse workforce. We provide a recruitment service
for Bury residents who find it difficult to get or keep a job because of
various factors such as disability, age or ethnicity. We also offer advice,
support and practical assistance to local and regional employers who aim to
diversify their workforce and offer equal opportunity recruitment.
Workwise
We are now offering a prevocational service for recovering drug users. We can offer advice and guidance, access to education and training and workplace learning through work experience and job tasters. More...

If you have a disability and are interested in working over 16 hours per week,
our Workstep project may be able to help. Funded by Jobcentre Plus, the scheme offers
dedicated support to find a job and, more importantly, to keep it.
